Finally...Emerge was over. 1 day of Chorus board pract + 4 days of Emerge, I must say I am fully drain out. I feel that each year Emerge getting better and better after all is a convention for the youth. Pastor Kong really did everything to make it a successful and fantastic Emerge 2007. Even though he preach the sermon before but I guess with all the hype surrounding this convention every sermon seem brand new as most of them came were minister and just enjoy themselves in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Lets just say God is very real in every service.
As usual we had some guest artist coming to perform in the celebrity segment. I guess the 2 crowd pullers are Tank and Liu Geng Hong.
First time I actually got myself very involve with Chorus Board in a big event. Must say that first day, I did not do a good job..actually even screw up Brother Poh's "Breakaway". Was stress out because the board was down and all the Vocalist depended on me to my job but I failed the first day. Subsequently the rest of the service go down better and better. Just like what team IC told me..he want to see consistency in me cause I have master what I can already just that need consistency in my work. I quite enjoy my time with chorus board the last 4 days. Though there are times I think of my cg..but the lack of time where we have to rush everything even when service started we were still trying to get everything done. But I learn to handle such pressure and stress after my 4 days of war in chorus board.
Of course have to thank God for this small request I asked of Him yesterday night. Was about to give up but in the end while i was with Benedict at foyer 3 my little request was answer.
Now is back to work and work and work. Not so bad at least can earn some money probably can get some stuffs with the money earn.
